so... I tried... I really did... went to the dealership.... talked with the dood.. went on the test drive.... said no dont want that... tried another one.... and then another one.... looked at a couple more... now I'm waiting for the dreaded yes or no for the financing.... here's hoping.... wish me luck.... ummmm.....

I dont get much excitment anymore..... but I guess this is as good as it gets..... we are on the way home last night exchanging stories and among the strangeness.... our driver lets us know that she was driving and a seagull flew in front of her.... the car didn't slow down as a plume of feathers doused the car.... now we had a slight chuckle over this and kept driving along .... the topic of discussion changed as it usually does.... when all of a sudden our driver swerves into the other lane.... oddly enough it was to go around a seagull.... how nice.... must be a relative of the last stupid bird to grace the car's presence.... even more odd..... we all burst out in laughter recalling the story she had told a while before..... the driver says... didn't feel like scraping the guts off the car this time.... how enjoyable.... well I must get on with my horribly long day.... shift bid today.. I start at 1:30pm.... bid was at 10:30.... had to get the bus... so I've been up since 8am.... don't go home till 1:30am...... gonna be a fun day tomorrow....

how strange it feels ..... I can remember being at work my first few months saying how horrible it was to be at the bottom of the barrel... but now after being here so long..... I'm no longer 140th or so on the shift bids..... it's a weird feeling being 33rd lol .... but anyway.... I have the vapour barrier put into the attic.... I finally stopped putting it off... gotta get a bag of insulation tomorrow so I can finish the edges... depending on how much it costs may get enough for the entire attic.... just gotta clean up the center so it works properly.... anyway just a quick note.... it seems that most of my friends are leaving stream.. my last reason for staying is dissapearing quickly.... they keep hiring new people... but it's not the same... known people since I started which is closing in on 3 years ago... life has changed so much for me in the last couple years.. but that's another story... hopefully some of those friends are still reading this crappy page.... perhaps the comments section (or email) will keep us in touch :)
